This was the first time my daughter used a scooter and she took to it right away. It rides really smooth, feels stable, and the LED wheels are a favorite, just the right brightness, especially in the evening. She absolutely loves cruising around on it and it’s been a great way to get her outside. The adjustable height is a plus too, so it'll grow with her. Great quality all around and I highly recommend it.

Seems like it’s pretty good quality. Lean to steer.

This is a truly fabulous fold-up scooter. We are so, so happy with it from being a safe, smooth ride for my child, to how well it folds/unfolds, so that we can take it most anywhere. Just know that we were initially stumped as to how to get it unfolded because the accompanying directions are really bad. FYI, when it's folded: To open the scooter -- wrap your hand at the base (lower end) of the bar, and just pull the surrounding plastic sheath up TOWARD the handle (and away from the standing platform), and then you can push the bar into a vertical position. Do the same in reverse, to fold it down for storage.Highly recommend.I write honest, concise reviews to help others make informed purchases. Since I rely on reviews, too, I appreciate how helpful they can be in my purchasing decisions. Hope my review has helped you.

Nice little scooter great for kids still trying to learn to balance. You lean to turn so the handle bars are stationary. At first my daughter hated it but soon realized it was easier than having to steer while trying to focus on balancing and pushing off. She has gotten really good on this and loves the light features especially the chasing rainbow options. I think this is a good deal for what you get. My daughter finds it easier to ride than a two wheel scooter and it is not that heavy so it can be easily carried.

We picked up this scooter for my grandson, and let me tell you, it's been a showstopper. Some toys get ignored after a week—this one turned into “Mom, Dad, come look what I can do!” at least twice a day. Watching him zoom around and figure out tricks (and sometimes spectacularly not figure them out) has been the best entertainment we've had without a streaming subscription. The scooter feels solid, unlike those cheap ones that rattle if you even breathe near them. It’s got sturdy aluminum, cool multicolor wheel lights that make every ride look like a mini dance party, and a super simple rear foot brake that’s saved the day more than once. Turning by tipping the board is a new skill, but he caught on quickly—and even when he didn’t, a Band-Aid and a juice box fixed everything. It’s a total win: durable, flashy enough to make neighborhood heads turn, and just the right amount of thrilling for a kid learning new moves (and the occasional lesson in gravity). It's one of those rare buys that actually live up to the box's excitement.

As a parent, I'm always on the lookout for ways to get my kids outside and active. And let me tell you, this Hover-1 Chroma folding kick scooter has been a total hit with my little ones! The multicolored wheel lights are like something out of a futuristic movie - they're so cool! My kids love riding around the neighborhood, feeling like they're cruising through a rainbow. And the adjustable height handlebars mean that this scooter will grow with them, literally. I've been impressed by the durability and sturdiness of this scooter. It can support riders up to 110 pounds, and it looks like it's built to last. The handlebars are comfortable to hold, and the foot deck is roomy enough for my kids to stand on with confidence. The manual rear footbrake is also a great feature - it's fun for the kids to use, and it brings them to a stop quickly and safely. I've been happy to see my kids learning how to ride and brake safely, and this scooter has been a big part of that. Overall, I'm thrilled with this scooter. It's been a great way to get my kids outside and active, and they've had a blast riding it. If you're looking for a fun and durable scooter for your kids, I highly recommend giving this one a try, 5 Stars!

We have never had a scooter like this before. We usually have the 2-wheeled scooters where you move the handlebar to move the scooter in that direction. I bought this for my 7-year-old daughter but I think it may take a bit of time to get used to. Tipping the board the way you want to go has her a bit frightened but she adores the super cool lights on this scooter.Once we figured out how to pull the handle from the scooter to actually open it up, it's been fun to try it out. For those having a difficult time, the plastic cylinder at the bottom of the scooter needs to be pulled up towards the handlebars. This is a really well-made scooter. I think it will be difficult for small kids but I could be wrong as I do see those with a sense of adventure and a good sense of balance loving the skateboard type feel of this scooter.

My wife and I wanted this for my youngest son who will be turning 7 soon. He loved his old scooter and we weren't able to find one like it until we saw this. First, the build quality is solid. Its heavier than the old one and feels sturdy and durable. It was already assembled, but I check the bolts, screws and handlebars to make sure it was good. My son got on it and his eyes lit up! He likes the way you just lean to turn the scooter, which is how his old one was. He loves the color, and the light up wheels are a bonus surprise. My youngest daughter also loves this and they take turns riding it, even though she has her Minnie mouse one. The brakes are standard, you step on the rear wheel to stop, which works just fine. This was a great find and highly recommended.
