Case features a camphor burl front panel, fluted side column detailing, and brass-tone bun feet. Off-white dial with black Roman numerals. Quartz movement requires one AA sized battery (not included).

As usual Howard Miller woodwork is excellent. I've had HM clocks for decades. One flawless and a second clock requiring a new nechanism 2x times over 25 years. Time will tell how this clock holds up. It is important to note the actual height is bit over 9 5/16", not 9 1/4" as advertised. A hair too tall to fit in my TV hutch. I found a different location for it. Subtracted a star for that.

This was the second Howard Miller clock we've purchased this year, and I highly recommend their products. This is a beautiful clock. Even though it has no second hand, it still ticks quietly, which I like. High quality craftmanship.
