I'm disappointed. The pendulum bangs on the travel clip constantly. Chimes 2-3 min before it is supposed to. Music is off key. It's not a good representative.

Although I like the clock itself, the manufacturer did not include the pendulum when the clock was packed. The company that was selling the clock, coho_liquidation, wants me to pay to replace the part that should have been included in the first place!!!

The clock itself looked good, but the chime sounded more like a kid's xylophone than pretty chimes. I had to send it back. Kind of disappointing.

This clock looks great sitting on the mantel and it keeps good time. I should be happy but the clock is not finished that well and when picked up it does not feel like a good quality clock. It feels cheap. The clock was made in China and I should have been informed of this before I bought the clock. After reading the Howard Miller History (Howard Miller died in 1995) I think he would roll over in his grave if he saw this clock.
