I am actually using these for a completely different situation than their intended use. For that use, I will have to bend all the spikes back down flat. I know they sell the exact ones that I need; but, the price is just so much cheaper for these that I will spend the extra hours of effort for the savings. I'm not cheap and my time is valuable too. Still... The difference in price was enough to compel me.
