I received defective equipment on March 7th. There was no instructors manual in the flimsy, poorly retaped card board box. After checking electricity from wall outlet, I plugged it into the outlet. Small light on back of component indicated electricity was going into PC. It never turned on. I attempted to initiate the return/refund polucy. Without any success. Amazon and The third-party seller continue to pass the buck between them: neither taking responsibility or accountability to refund my $599.99. I need those fund for my man medical transportation, medications and other health care challenges.

May I suggest --Consider the Microsoft Fresh Start protocol. If you run as soon as you get the computer, it gets rid of most of the manufacturers pre loaded...um err ... crap.

For old people over 60 years old, you may experience dizziness or vision blurring when looking at a 27” monitor in the HP All-in-One PC when you sit down to use the PC for your work.You sit at a distance of less than 1 foot to read words on the HP All-in-One PC. (1) The words become blurring; (2) your eyes are hurt; and (3) you have dizziness if you have had a high blood pressure issue. You can turn down the brightness on the screen monitor to very low, the same 3 problems occur.

This computer is NOT worth more than a thousand dollars, in any shape or form.Regardless of what wifi you have, you won't get speeds more than 40-50 Mbps in most cases (as it only has wifi-4, not wifi-6).The unit itself is also incredibly loud with no way around it, it was louder than my heater. NO OPTION FOR CHANGING POWER SETTING, so I would avoid this one.Way better options are available at this price range (around $1300 including tax).
