I ordered this Transfer Unit January 18, 2019. On July 17, 2019 it quit working with an 59.F0 error Transfer unit is missing or a motor error has occurred. Since it was a new part and not a refurbished item, I assumed it would last longer than 6 months! Still waiting to hear if it will be replaced.

The overall ordering process was very good. I was able to definitely match my printer model with the part. The received product fit exactly into my HP LaserJet printer, and resolved my print problem. All vertical lines on the page went away with the new Assembly.

Was excellently packed and shipped with color printed install directions. Not strictly necessary, since HP provides directions in their PDF service manual, but a nice convenient touch that saves you time and aggravation while repairing your printer.Hopefully the replacement is durable and will hold up for long enough to make the repair worthwhile.

Fits great, fixed the draglines problem instantly and very happy with quality and ease of install. Comes with rollers and all "consumables" for this section of the printer.
