Keys are melted and when you press certain keys the dont work others you press letters and get numbers instead. I needed a laptop for work. Screen is good has a few scratches on the body. Guess thats what i get with refurbished goods. Definitely not excellent as advertised.

The sound does not work, it makes a scritching noise, and the battery does not take charge, eventhough the charger green light goes on. Do not waste your money, im returning and waiting for my full refund. It had minor marks, wich was fine, not a big deal, but no sound and battery wont take charge, is not excellent condition.
