Something has happened to the support for HP. The worst. Have spent over 12 hours on phone and in chat and still have bad pc. Support is in 2 or 3 countries so understanding them is a challenge. They ask the same questions over and over on chat until they can find a reason not to help. It is the worst. Do yourself a favor and find a different brand.

I bought this to replace a 7 year old HP running Win 10 it's not failing but 7 years it's inevitable and have been Very Happy with this! It arrived on a Friday afternoon and after unboxing noticed the power cord wasn't the correct one for this unit...I texted the seller about it with picture showing what I received and what was needed - I didn't expect a response until business hours the following Monday or later but received a response the Next Day! They sent out the correct cord very quickly and had in a couple days! All the specs with the processor hit all the marks I was looking for - More than Satisfied!

Incredible PC in a tiny ( 7 x 7 x 1 1/2" ) package and decent price. Using it to drive dual 34 inch curved monitors and run MS365 applications. Never a glitch which is what I come to expect from HP. I am very pleased with this PC.

The PC works okay, but nothing on the Amazon listing said this is a REFURBISHED PC. I checked the HP website and it says the factory warranty started in Aug 2022 and expires Aug 2025. Everything works well, so I'm not complaining, but it's somewhat shady to not advertise this product as REFURBISHED.

Overall, this is a great basic work computer for me. I don't need to run a lot of intense programs for work, but I do need to run microsoft office programs and multiple internet tabs simultaneously, which was a problem for my last laptop I had for work. This is able to do what I need it to do without much (if any) lag, which is great. Also, not too expensive since budget is pretty tight for us, so the office manager was happy with this computer as well.One thing to note: the bluetooth chip failed permanently after 6 months. It had a partial failure about 2-3 months in, but I was able to do some hardcore troubleshooting (including I've restarted my computer multiple times, gone into device manager and deleted the driver and restarted, and even gone into the BIOS/UEFI advanced settings to turn BT on and off again), which fixed it for a while, however a month ago it failed again, so I repeated the troubleshooting I did previously, and nothing. Our IT person came in and tried pretty much what I did and also had no luck and came to the conclusion that the chip itself failed.Not a huge issue since we just purchased a USB bluetooth adapter and everything works fine now, but it's really disappointing that a piece of hardware failed within 6 months.

I think I got a great deal on this computer. It is lightning fast, and boots up almost immediately. Since it is a business computer, it doesn't have Bluetooth or a slot for SD cards. Overall, I am very pleased with with the purchase.
