I had a MIcrosoft Surface Book prior to this (which I loved) but I couldn't justify the price of a new one. The Envy is every bit as good and the battery life is excellent. The casing is solid and I especially like that you can flip the screen to use it as a tablet. The Surface Book required you to detach the screen to use it as a tablet.

Pretty much it is good but the main problem is touch pad it is not working properly, it's has some hardware issues. I bought 2 times after returning the first one but still it has the same issue. Sad say but really disappointed 😞.

I wanted a laptop to use at work. Mostly logging into the work software and using it for that purpose. Maybe browsing the web, streaming, YouTube videos, That's about it . No gaming.The laptop came in the original factory sealed box which was inside the sturdy form fitting shipping box. The laptop is pretty nice. Setup was the same as any other setup. The only difference for me is am going from windows 10 to windows 11 pro. Big change but my horrendous. The laptop runs smooth as butter, melted butter that is. Facial recognition is nice. I did not try setting it without connecting to the internet. I did everything at the beginning. I logged into the internet and set up everything completely from the get-go. I used my phones hot spot function for this. It was easy peasy. There's no lag, restarts are fast, app launches are snappy. One of the best part; no blootware. I set it up quickly before work and was up and running. Great laptop so far. Now if you could get this laptop in a nice purple or dark blue. It would be nice.. I am now going to get up to date and educate myself on windows 11 (Oh well). I Will of course give updates if there any developments. Love it. No complaints with the hardware or the seller.So far happy.. Goth dance
