Not a bad little computer. It would be a great first computer for a kid or young person headed off to college. I wanted something with a sharper screen and a little bigger. It worked great, just not what I wanted. I returned it and got a refund and purchased one I love! Happy with the return service.

I really love my new HP laptop, and would highly recommend HP, and this model, but not this color, the keys are extremely hard to read, even with a desk lamp nearby.

This laptop is so fast!! I had to return a Lenovo one because it was so slow. This is perfect for a part time work from home job! That’s exactly what I use it for.

Honestly, its a really good computer, but i had a hard time downloading games such as SIMS. It took 15-20 hours to download. I love the size and how light the laptop is, just wish it didn't take long to download games.

I've only had it six weeks and it doesn't work right. Sometimes the login screen won't come up and I have to shut the whole thing down and restart it to log in. Today the numbers weren't working and it wasn't a numbers lock issue. I had to restart it to get the numbers working.Also, the characters on the keys are hard to see, especially in certain lighting. I can type pretty well without looking, or I would return it. If you need to look at the keys occasionally when you type, it will be frustrating because the characters don't show up very well.
