i have an HP X585 printer and these parts brought it back to perfect auto doc feeding. The instructions are basically worthless. Go to YouTube and search;1. Remove and Install ADF rollers (top rollers)2. Remove and Install ADF Separation Pad (bottom pad rollers push against)HP should just include this in the package since they made both videos. it took me less than five min to replace both and it was wonderfully easy; AFTER I spent 15 min trying to find YouTube videos showing me how to do it.

Exactly what i needed to get the automatic feeder working smoothly
