This maintenance kit came in HP open box, missing parts, with no way to verify that is not a refurbished product.Deliver in HP box does not ensure that the product is not refurbished. On the site there are more produces from the same seller, but they claim that are none in stock. The item is going back. Try someone else if you are looking for new item.
