The shipping was fast and the laptop was packaged perfectly. The laptop was easy to set up and is just as described. I highly recommend this laptop for those who are looking for a budget friendly laptop.

Pros:-Good for work/school-Resistance to scratches is good as long as you take care of it-Price (The current price, not the one i paid for)Cons:-Heat-Lack flexibility to do almost anything else-HEAT-Battery drains way too quickly (if you’re gonna be out and about for over an hour or two then just bring your charger)Can’t believe I bought this a year ago for $750+. First things first, if you’re looking for a budget gaming pc then this really isn’t it. Yes it can run old games and a few new ones, but it heats up a lot very quickly.(That and when it pauses/freezes, it lasts to 1-3 seconds)Secondly, it gets so hot that you might as well buy a laptop fan. The placement of the battery and fan is on the left side of the laptop, so it gets very hot. That includes the charger getting concerning hot as well. (really recommend getting a desk cooling fan/desk fan for those who like to sit on/at their bed/desk and work) Now it won’t probably kill you, but i don’t see it as a good idea to keep it charged in while you’re sleeping as I see the hot charger as a fire hazard if you’re not cooling it as well.The battery drains awfully quickly, and back then it wasn’t worth the price for this battery. If the laptop was around $500 a year ago, then I’d understand.I will say is that i had no problems when it came to school/work. Zoom classes are not a problem for this laptop.I want to say resistance is good, but i’m really careful when it comes to technology. Still, i have no scratches anywhere as I don’t a laptop case . So it’s good in the durability aspect.I would probably put this at three stars, but because I don’t really do so much on my laptop, I haven’t found any other cons.

I am pleased with my laptop. I have been using my ipad primarily but sometimes a laptop works better. I am getting used to the new Windows operating system, trying to stay current as a retired person. I primarily bought it as it had a lifetime version of Microsoft Office allowing me to avoid a continuing subscription to Windows 365. If you get this, ignore the attempts to install 365 as it will void the older Microsoft Office version.
