This is my second one and it is still working. I bought the second one as a dedicated photo print machine. I just hate the cost of replacement ink cartridges.

Does not work with software and information required to update software is not included w the printer IE specific info for this particular printer. All decals identifying info have been removed. Basically its worthless.

2nd time I purchased this product.It is working just fine and love the huge maximum paper yield count per cartridge.So far so good.My original printer lasted many years until it just crapped out!

The Amazon renewed HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 printer is well worth its purchase price of $399. Amazon's "no questions asked" 90 day return policy provides its customers with a sense of comfort and quality assurance. Other retailers may offer similar HP printer models but certainly do not offer the money back guarantee that Amazon offers. The true value of these HP OfficeJet Pro printer models is that they are high capacity printers and ACCEPT generic ink cartridge replacements. For high volume users like myself, the true value is in the ability to utilize generic ink cartridge replacements without having to pay HP its grossly inflated ink cartridge prices. Amazon is doing its customers a favor by standing behind its select suppliers by offering its own 90 day guarantee. Well thought out strategy which constitutes a win for the customer and a win for Amazon. Thanks.

Used very lightly for just over a year. Great printer but automatic document feeder stopped working so now everything has to be copied or scanned on the glass. That's a feature I really needed so now it's just an ordinary, slow copy/scan machine.

I use it for a small business and find that it is the best darn printer package for the money on the market!!!! I have supplied all of my employees the same printer!!!!! Reliable and very easy on ink!!!!!!
