This drive works perfectly, just like new. For those of you who need to fix a dead CD Rom burner on your DV6000 have no fear! This replacement process takes approximately 3 minutes as there is only one screw that needs to be removed! Shocking? Well, it was for me because I expected an involved process; however, prior to doing anything, I went to "YouTube University" and was pleasantly surprised to find the tutorial for exactly this project.
