First one I ordered wouldn't charge at all. They sent a replacement and the replacement had a broken USB port, the touchscreen wouldn't work, AND it wouldn't charge at all. Quality control on these is terrible, regardless of it being refurbished or not. Would not recommended.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Laptop doesn’t even power on.UPDATEI spoke with the seller who was very professional and kind he ended up sending me a brand new laptop and stayed on the phone with me while I set it up and tested every aspect of it with me to make sure it was 100% usable. I really appreciate the consistency with communication The seller provided. He was very clear and open about the process when testing the laptop, which made me happy. He did not ask me to send the first one back before I received the second one. I have them both here and I will be returning the defective one as soon as I receive the return slip provided by the seller so that they can test it out for themselves to figure out what’s wrong. He also offered to follow up with me about the defective computer after their tests. Thank you so much for your help.

The laptop itself is in good condition and performs as expected—fast, reliable, and just what I needed for work and school. However, the charger that came with it does not work at all, which was really disappointing. I had to buy a replacement separately. Just a heads-up for anyone considering this item: make sure to test the charger right away or be prepared to get another one.

Unfortunately I’m having trouble, probably due to my ignorance. First time it powers up and I was establishing country and phone number. Then it went dead on me. Haven’t been able to get it to turn on since. I may have to take it to a computer repair place. I love the keyboard. Wish me luck
