This one was a replacement for my first order. The first was super tight to turn, and it did not pump bar oil. Overall the quality seemed decent so I gave it another try. This item arrived quickly and wasn’t as tight, once installed the oil pump did work and the saw cut like new. I guess as long as you can take a risk on a dud this may be a good aftermarket option since OEM are over $200.

We have a small landscaping business and must make our own repairs, when possible, to save on costs. This is a very good gearbox for a Stihl Kombi pole saw attachment. I am happy with the quality, fit, and performance. This works just as good as the OEM Gearbox, and it was easy to switch out. I put an Oregon blade and chain on it according to the specs, the cut is smooth, and the Gearbox holds everything together as expected. It's a good value compared to OEM at the time of my review.
