The batteries were rejected by the vacuum ("Battery issue") It was not easy to find these batteries on the market (previous I bought had exactly the same issue) so I decided to do some research and learned that the batteries were badly discharged (long shelf time?) which unbalanced them so two batteries became very different and also elements inside batteries were were differentfrom each other too so the vacuum could not handle them at all.I charged the batteries with regulated power supply with current limiting feature and they seem return to life. Will use them for a week and confirm. I gave 3* but do not reccomment buying them if you do not have a proper tool to restore it. It is a definite 1* for those who do not have a regulated power supply with current limiting.
