Who lowers a 2003 CRV anyway? This guy!! This thing was bone stock with stock sized rubber and was impossible to keep in the lane at highway speeds with any kind of cross breeze. Added S/C Element (solid) front and rear sway bars and 225 60 16 (16x7 39mm off set)Lowered the CRV as described. Almost enough. Would like another inch but there's no other choices.
