Works as expected but the condition seemed previously used. Packaged as if it was cannibalized from a lager set that was returned in the past.

I have not yet used the tap. It appears to be correct and good quality. So I rated it 4 stars based on what I can see. All tools are not created equal so I will update this comment later after use. My current minor dislike was the manufacturers Name was not on the tool. Generally a high quality tool has a company name who is proud of their work.
