This seat cushion has made a world of difference for my comfort, especially during long hours at my desk here in Dallas! The extra-large size provides ample support, and the cooling gel enhancement is a lifesaver in this Texas heat. I can definitely feel the pressure relief in my tailbone and back. It works great in my office chair and even makes my car seat more comfortable during my commute. It's a well-designed cushion that really delivers on its promises of ergonomic support.

I picked up this seat cushion after my old memory foam started losing shape. Right away, I was surprised by the noticeable cooling effect—when I first sat down, I could really feel a chill under my thighs, which was refreshing. The cooling doesn’t last during long periods of sitting, but after stepping away and coming back, that initial cool touch returns and feels great.I can feel the cushion slightly lifting at the sides of my hips, which gives a sense of being held in place. The tailbone cutout is a thoughtful touch, especially for anyone with nerve pain or hemorrhoids. I can’t speak much to the spine support claims, but the structure feels firmer than typical memory foam, which will help it hold its shape longer.The cover is removable and washable, which is super handy, and the bottom has real anti-slip beads—unlike cheaper cushions that slide around. It fits my body (petite and slim) well, but I’m not sure how it would feel for someone heavier. It’s a solid, comfortable cushion with some smart design details.

It sometimes seems like no modern day seat is comfortable anymore. Every restaurant has hard, wooden chairs, and don’t even get me started on stadium seating. That’s why, when I saw this Huanuo ergonomic seat cushion, I had to try it.The cushion comes rolled in a tube-shape, sitting inside a cardboard box. Removing it from the packaging immediately lets air inside and—boom!—in a matter of seconds its the full shape.I use a lot of these cushions and have found that they come in all shapes and sizes. That said, this one is made RIGHT. The first thing you notice is how it’s thick and cushy, the memory foam pushing right back to keep the seat’s form. And—wow—talk about comfortable. It’s like sitting on about three pillows (in a good way!). It’s also got a nice, zippered cover so you can wash the outside without messing with the inside.All in all, I’m very happy with this one. Highly recommended!

While this cushion is a great fit for a simple chair with no contour, it clashes with office chairs that are built for back and leg contour. It is a pretty thick cushion, so it raises me up considerably, and with already having less thigh space due to being tall and needing higher chairs already, it makes for a tight leg fit under any desk or table.Otherwise, the cushion is a pretty good fit overall. It is comfortable to sit in for short periods of time as well as full workdays, as long as the chair this cushion is on doesnt already have some sort of support present. I keep this cushion on a chair in my dining room right now and it works much better there.

I want to give like 15 stars!!!!Before I bought this item, I purchased in item from a different internet company, it was a hassle to send it back!!!I bought a different item from Amazon and they were very happy to take it back because I found no relief at all and in about 45 seconds... I felt my butt and my L leg going numb.I got this one and even though I didnt see the words doctor recommended!!!!!This one has alot of quality!there is only one thing that I could add, even though it has no problems at all.... but maybe add about 2-3 more inches in the thickness.But....now some background.I have alot going on with my body, I do not like the word conditions..... I like the word labels.I have problems with....scoliocious of the lumbarsciaticabone spursarthritistwo disks too close togetherI have not gone to church in a very very long time, except for I think 3 x, and that was just to take the sacrament (bread and water) and then go home with my walker. I would not stay an listens to the songs or 3 people that would give talks or share their thoughts.I have spend alot of my day in bed-sitting up when I have company or watching tv, because I sit in a computer chair or a chair that leans back and has a foot stool.Now, I am up for several hours during the day-before I go back to bed.... like get up about 6;30 am and take a shower and do my day and then about 3:15 pm I will go back to bed for a few hours and then I am back up till 9:30 pm.So maybe if it was a few inches thicker, I would be able to stay up all day long.It is a very good price!I think how soft/firm is very good, maybe a little firmer, but not very much.I think that I said everything except.....Dont look at the ones that say dr recommended or look at spending more money on a different one, except MAYBE if I was in a wheelchair, then I would think about spending the money for the one that sounds like the brand of software for a tv.But that is a very extreme situation!Amazon, please do not reject this review because of my last comment!This is am amazing product and will not let you down!

I have totally been looking for a pillow that would be good and comfy for my back and hips and tall enough to not strain my neck when I look at my monitor.I just found it!so confortable!It' a little wide for my bottom, that I will admit. But it is almost 80 degrees out today, and it isn't hot to sit on. my back isn't sore from sitting her for two hours...at all and I have not been fidgeting or twitching Like I usually would be!which i would be moving around making everyone crazy with my creaking chair. it is not too firm and not too soft.I think this is JUST the right height and firmness for my comfort!And while I definitely think $40 is a little pricey it IS just totally worth ever penny 1000%!!!
