I’m picky with a grinder and this one checks all the boxes. It’s quiet, fast and has an even grind.

When I saw this was on sale I grabbed it, because of the ghost burrs. It implies they are titanium, but mine were steel burrs. What really destroys the usefulness of this grinder is simply it has a very limited adjustment range. So you can't really fine tune your grind - the lowest setting isn't too much different from the highest (most coarse) setting. The other issue is static. It says it has tools to deal with the static, but I found it has the most static of any grinder I've ever used and using it is a mess. But because you can't dial in the grind you just have to hope that the range can cover what you need.To me it was very disappointing that the range is so limited and so I can't recommend this grinder. Also since presumably your intent is for filter/pour over/chemex, the 2000 RPM is a bit higher than would be ideal. Even most espresso grinders are down somewhere around 1400 RPM at most. If this grinder had a wider adjustment range, gave variable or at least much lower RPM, and handled static decently, it would be a bargain. But as it is, I'm unable to make use of it.

Well I can’t recommend this unit..it makes a mess with the ground coffee, sticks to the magnet which is to help deter this issue. Then the ground spread everywhere have to thoroughly clean after every use

I should have bought this long ago after struggling with my other burr grinders. This unit is fast and quiet and a pleasure to use. It takes 8-10 seconds to fill the cup, without ear hurting noises; my cats don’t run! Grinding noise actually sounds good! The feeder into the burr doesn’t clog like my older horizontal (this is vertical) burr grinders. Dark roasted oily and cold (refrig) beans just flow thru. Grind quality is very good. All grinds uniform in size. I put my unit in a glass decorative baking pan - assists with catching overflow grinds > It is so fast, it fills the bin up sometimes before I stop it.Summary: Solid contraction. Fast. Quite. Compact. Looks cools. Perfect grind from powder to course. Easy to maintain. A very good house hold grinder!
