I had a huge production project in front of me and was hoping that this would pull through. This was the best and most reliable grinder I have ever owned. The grind was consistent and not once had an issue after 45# of product. Our product goes to market on time! I am looking forward to working with this again and again.

I was really hopeful about this product, but it broke after just five weeks and had to be returned. I wish I’d trusted the other reviews—unfortunately, it’s just not well made.

So I have had two or three 2 pound bags of coffee already go through this since I bought it. I really do like this as I can do bulk grinding much easier as I am too lazy to want to do it the morning before work.The burr settings seem pointless, I have tried grinding around 1 and at 19 and a few spots in between and nothing looks different. I use a french press so I don't need a fine grind, but that is all I am getting.This isn't a bad grinder and I will use it till it dies, but if you are looking for one that has different grind settings, I would probably pass on this one. If you want the convince of bulk grinding, and are not too picky about the results, this isn't bad.

1st time, I turn on to check if it's working properly and the fuse go out, I put the other 2 that it comes with the grinder and the same thing. It's beautiful but it doesn't work, it have problems with the fuses or electric problems.UPDATE: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IT'S REALLY, REALLY GREAT, THEY SEND ME FOR FREE ANOTHER GRINDER TO TRY IT AND I TRY IT YESTERDAY AND NOW IT WORK PROPERLY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! 👍🏻

I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet this was compared to my last one. Great product and it grinds fast!
