Tub was delivered in excellent condition. It did take 2 days to heat up with water temp starting at 57 degrees. So the 2 day wait was disappointing but once the spa is heated up it works very well!

I was very leery to purchase this hot tub because it had no reviews. I am so glad I did. I was looking for a small hot tub, but I wanted to lounge chairs and I did not want them next to each other. I wanted to be able to see the other person to have a conversation while we were both lounging in the hot tub. This was the only option out there in a small size tub. I was also worried about how good the Jets would be with. Only owe 110 hook up. Well, this is a mighty little spa. Not only are the Jets more than sufficient, the tub is so comfortable and easily could fit three people or four people if they are all sitting. We are 5 foot seven and 5 foot even and I think this spa was made for us. It may be too small to lay out straight for people over 6 feet tall. I love the light features and the little waterfall. I love that we can increase the strength of the jets by turning off the unused jets inside the tub. The delivery was seamless. The driver called a few days in advance to schedule a delivery and for a small extra price they set the whole thing up for me. That was amazing. We’ve had it for a little over a month now set up and we’ve used it about 10 times. I wish it got a little bit hotter, but I guess all spas only go up to 104°. We have figured out that it heats at about 1° an hour. And it will not heat while the Jets are on. It’s one or the other. So it starts to cool off more like bathwater once we’re in it for about 40 minutes. But that’s the maximum amount of time where ever in it so it is fine. I highly recommend the spa. I would absolutely buy it again.
