Night vision is pretty good for my needs and the motion detection is decent. Build quality is better then a different brand I had. Spotlight is surprisingly good but not like the household floodlights

Super easy to install, literally as easy as a light bulb. Works great with a good clear picture. I love the ability to look at every area in my shop while I'm hundreds of miles from home. Not to mention I can instantly communicate real time with whoever I see. These work so good I have installed more around my house and yard.

I really liked how easy this camera was to set up and the picture was very good, at first.The speaker was the first problem with the camera. It always just echoed and had garbled speech coming from it.Then I noticed that the night pictures were hazy or foggy and found out the cause of this was due to the camera’s light.I tried everything I could to turn the light off but when everything on the app was saying light off, it wasn’t. I tried every setting I could to see if I could get it to work at night without having the light come on but nothing worked.I really wanted and needed this camera to work outside. people were stealing things from my yard and driving onto my lawn causing deep tire tracks.I sent a message to Hugolog 3 days ago but haven’t heard anything back from them.A lot of the 1 star reviews said customer service was terrible but I was so hoping they would standby their product that quit working 2 months after purchase.With that said I would not recommend anyone buy this product if you don’t have money to keep replacing this camera very 2 months or so.I am going to update my review of this product. After contacting the company support team they sent me a replacement camera. So far it has been working perfectly fine. I don’t know if they sent me an upgraded model or what but the new camera has a much clearer image at night and the foggy image is gone. Also it has not been turning on its own and the light feature seems to be working too.I was very happy that they were willing to work with me to make sure I was happy with my product.I will update again if I start having problems but for now all is going well.

Simple and it works, easy installation and app set up on the phone. The app itself is also user friendly for the most part. Storage allows you to use cloud storage (at a cost) or micro SD card that you can put in the camera. Video and pictures work great. Quality is very clear and the 2 way voice communication through the camera work also. Really appreciate them adding the extension socket in the packing as well which I used. Only thing I don't like necessarily like is maybe one or twice a week when I look into it, the storage functions kind of reset and I have to re-save the previous settings that were there. That's a little annoying but besides that, no complaints.

I must have missed the part about having to subscribe to a subscription service so they can operate at their full capacity.Also when I installed them one of the extender's that allows the camera to clear some light fixtures it evidently fell apart in my hand so I was only able to install one of the two.The broken one will still work in some more conventional light sockets that done require the extender but just not in the ones I have.I'm sure the broken extender could be replaced but I lost interest when I realized I was going pay an ongoing fee to use them.Rates varied with the long teams being cheaper but I can't afford to pay years in advance for plans.

I firmly believe that the quality of customer service and the integrity of manufacturers who stand by their products are as important and valuable as the products themselves.
