Nice model, but some labels are difficult to read. Worse yet, no labeling key came with the model, so I had to spent forever typing up my own.

I bought this model for my anatomy-obsessed 4-year-old grandson for his birthday (weird, I know!). He was thrilled, and started naming all the parts right away. It was a big hit! :) It does require some simple assembly of the stand. No tools were required, though.

We tried a couple of the slightly cheaper heart models and they were not as complete as this one as far as labeling all parts of the heart. Some parts were mislabeled on the cheaper versions as well. This version is nice and large and well-marked with 49 labels.

I am very pleased as this heart model is much better than I expected. The detail is great, especially the interior with the valves and tissue sections. The pictures in the listing do not do justice to the colors on the actual item. The colors are rich and strong and the painting quality is really quite good. The price is right too. Love it.
