Excellent replacement parts. It was difficult to fix 118” wide shade but we did it. Quality plastic housing and durable cord strings.

The product is good; however, the description is lacking / unprofessional. What you receive is 60 inch length cord for a common window setup. Why that wasn’t in the description, I don’t know. Seller wants me to return the product and pay more for the proper length. That would work for me if I botched my order, but I feel the burden falls on the seller (in this case) to better serve those purchasing the good.

I fixed my window shade with this kit and saved hundreds by not having to buy a new one. The job is a bit futsy, so you should watch a couple of youtube videos before you attempt it. Take your time, rewatch the video--you can do it.

I' glad we only had a 4 foot long shade, because the tape in the package was barely long enough to fit. Don't buy this kit if you have a shade longer than that because it just won't work.In addition, these were the absolutely WORST installation instructions that I have ever seen. If it wasn't for a Youtube video from Jeff@windowpro, I'd have never completed the repair. Thanks Jeff, good job !
