But...it's really hard to get the threaded connections to not leak. I tried PVC pipe (maybe that's the problem) and unlike the common internet recommendation NOT to use teflon tape, it is indeed teflon tape that is the only thing that stopped a small annoying leak. Other than that the valve itself is quite good.
