Belt Break In Procedure

Break in a New Belt by running your machine at half throttle or less for the first thirty miles. Also, you should let it go through a couple of heat and cool cycles, this will allow the belt to seat properly and provide optimum performance. It will take toughly 100-200 miles for the belt to fully limber up, be properly seated in the clutch faces, and have shift phase RPM return to normal. Expect a slight drop in RPM the first couple of times out, the belt is new. (In simpler terms, just take it easy for a couple rides. After that, let her rip!)

LIKE I SAID MY WIFE THOUGHT I WAS GIVING HER A LINE OF CRAP , BOUGHT A RODE HARD 2019 900 RANGER AND IT SHUTTERED BAD EVERY TIME TAKING OFF THE FIRST TIME SHE RODE IN IT AFTER THE HUNTER WORKS BELT SHE WAS AMAZED

My ranger xp 900 has been jerky from day one brand new. I installed this belt myself and it is way smoother than the oem belt in my opinion. Thanks hunterworks!
