I bought to to have a base to start with and plan to modify. First off I would never trust the rope/ cariboiners that came with it. They are NOT rated for any type of climbing. It does seem big, I do like the zipper to close it but i will probably have to attach a new anchor point for my tethe because I don't like the attachment on it but will update once I make the modifications and get it out to the field.

So I only review products if I think they are just the bang for the buck. This saddle right here definitely exceeds my expectations. I was honestly skeptical to pay this little of money for something when I see the name brand prices are 200-300-400 plus dollars for just a saddle. This saddle is made very well and the sewing is great and the ropes are very good quality. I’m a saftey prick, if I don’t think I will make it home after hunting then I don’t use it. I feel extremely safe in this and feel that is is a great product. Don’t pay attention to my setup as far as hooking to the tree because I didn’t have the correct ropes but you can see I was in a hurry to try it out but also did so with a safe knot and connection. The saddle is definitely comfortable especially when you unzip the middle to create more room. I feel that if you are looking for a great saddle to start this is a great buy. And again I say it feels very safe, even had my wife try it on and it’s approved so don’t be afraid to pay the small price it’s well worth it!!!!

I was cautious to buy due to cheap price and lack of reviews and experience with hunting saddles its so comfortable and I'm a bigger guy the ropes that came with it are definitely not usable right out the box but can be modified if you know how to tie knots if you don't vet on YouTube well worth the price to get you started in saddle hunting only reason I di 4 stars is because of the ropes

There is no way to securely attach the ropes around the tree and adjust the distance. The saddle came with no bridge rope. The saddle itself appears to be fine. I would not have purchased it if I had known about the ropes.

I'm writing this from my tree because it's important. This is my second day using the saddle and it's making ripping noises when I adjust position. So I'm being real still until I head out of the woods this evening. The pictures are from the area where the tether strap meets the saddle. Don't buy this trash.

I’ve used tethrd and other various higher end saddles and this holds up to them for a fraction of the cost. The only lacking is I would suggest replacing the ropes and carabiners but it’s not a necessity.
