It consists of 8 inches total height adjustment, 5-5/8 inches rise, 2-3/8 inches drop, 10 inches shank length and 12-3/4 inches ball to pin hole. It includes trailer ball and sway control ball. 1-1/4 inches hole on head assembly requires 1-1/4 inches shank on trailer ball. Package contains the following: weight distribution hitch rated up to 600 pounds tongue weight trailers; dual friction sway control brake pad system to diminish sway from windy conditions and passing vehicles; 2-5/16 inches trailer ball, pre-assembled to weight distribution hitch; sway control ball attached.

Everything is good about this hitch with the exception that the spring bar fell out several times while I was driving the camper. after inspection, there is a pin at the top that goes into a wedge on the inside of the bar and it was not locked in. So I drove it home and hit it with a rubber mallet and am hoping that will work. The pin mechanism just seems like a cheap way to hold these heavy weight distribution spring bars. (it feels like its made of aluminum) I made sure the spring bar was on tightly too; on the 5th chain link to where it was hard to spring up and still fell out. I am going to hook it up and try it again now that I had to hit it back into place. Crossing fingers that works!I will update you!9/9/2020 UPDATE-the bar fell out and it was dragging on the highway for a while till somone told me. The problem is the lower pin that is not secure within the bar so I had to put duct tape around it to get home. I am changing my rating and will ask the company to see if they can provide any info on how this can be fixed. tonight i will look at both to see why the pin is not stable enough to hold the bar and take pics. Look for another update.

This item was absolute garbage. I tried to return it and the company was ignorant and useless. They quit responding to my emails after giving me the run around. I ended up buying one in town that was way better. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy this garbage especially since the seller is so high and mighty that he will not refund an unhappy costumer due to a terrible product. I literally put the item on my vehicle and trailer adjusted it several times and put it back in the box. It didn't even see any road time.

Took about 5 hours to install but I took my time to make sure I got it right.Used this to tow a 3500lb Rv up mountains. This hitch made towing my RV a dream.Overall I love this hitch and would definitely buy this again

This thing works great. Allows me to pull a 1962 Shasta Astrodome with my Toyota Sienna with no squatting once the 300lb tongue weight is distributed. Easy to install.

Appears to be a well made hitch. The installation wasn’t very difficult once I looked online for some help. The instructions a very vague on some parts of the install. The company’s web site wasn’t any help.

Very easy to install. It works great. I have a Nissan Xterra and I was feeling some sway when trucks passed full speed. I couldn't drive more than 50 miles per hour. With the sway control I can drive about 65. I don't want to drive faster because I am very close to the limit. My SUV is for 5000 lbs and my trailer is about 4400 loaded. The max tongue weight is 500 lbs and my travel trailer has around 450 lbs tongue weight
