The manual I received seem incomplete, this reservoir in my 1st photo has no instructions. I assume that it is the hydraulic reservoir, go figure. And these to knobs are not mentioned or shown, what are they?

Needs an adjustable seat. I am 6'4" tall with long legs. My feet hang off the front of the deck. Also needs fuel gauge. Checked all the tires as recommended and set on 15psi. Right Front tire went flat after about an hour of mowing. Hydro fluid tank was empty. Mower had slid off the shipping pallet.

Say's Commercial mower, but is it really? But first let's talk about delivery, cause most are wondering how the heck. The pallet came broke as others have stated. So the pour driver had to drag it to the edge of the lift gate. I already had a plan before it got here so I was ready. I own a tractor with pallet forks. It didn't give me much trouble. But for some it could be a deal breaker. The mower cuts great, better then some Exmarks I've used. The 61inch. Fabricated deck is great. Very well made. Easy to clean and maintain. Zerk fitting are a plus. Easy access to the battery and spindles. Tie down points for easy transport. I should also add, it had oil and hydro fluid in it when it arrived. Set up was easy enough. The roll over protection had to be removed and turned around, they do this for shipping. The bad about the mower, if im going to be cutting grass for hours. I want to feel comfortable as can be. The seat is not adjustable. Yep that right. The seat sucks. You feel everything. If your cutting at max speed, you can not keep a straight line. You bounce around too much. Any commercial lawn mower I've ever operated is sort of comfortable. If your sitting for 6-8 hours cutting grass it better be. If you are going to be on it for more then a hour or two, you will feel it. All in all I'm happy with it. I'll put a new high dollar seat on it. Should make it more comfortable.

I bought the same mower off Amazon 3 years ago .. sorry for your experience. I had a much better experience. Although I did have to pick it up at a truck dock but it was a 1/4 mile from my house. I got the best price possible . I would definitely do it again

I knew this would be a risk to buy something this large and complicated from Amazon, but I thought it would go a little better than it has. The mower arrived from the logistics company, in a semi truck, which was too big for the driver to feel comfortable pulling into my driveway. The result was him dropping it in the road, which was on a broken pallet to begin with. This isn’t a residential Road, so it was tricky. There was some damage to the mower, and it was nearly impossible to get off the broken pallet. Luckily, the driver help me push it off to the side of the road until I could disassemble the pallet and get the mower off. Once I got it set up, the mower deck wouldn’t engage. I thought something might be wrong, so I traced the wires and one was severed before I was even able to mow any of my grass. I contacted the seller, and they told me I had to deal with the manufacture via warranty claim , so, I got creative, and managed to patch the wire myself, but still need to get the part. I managed to cut my grass once, and now all four bolts that hold the controls have worked their way out, and are missing. Additionally, one of the bolts that holds on the rollover protection, also fell off. I think it’s worth noting that I know my way around lawn equipment and small engines, so this isn’t user error. If I was able to return this, I would I seldom leave bad reviews, but you are sort of left alone to deal with any issues that you have if the seller is going to refer you to Husqvarna.
