When I first tried to push the connector into this it didn't go in, so I checked and the connectors don't line up properly. I don't know why. I had to take a screwdriver and push down on the pins for them to align with the plug. I was concerned that one of the pins would break off, but luckily that didn't happen. I don't know why they don't line up, it did say that it would fit my truck. Like I mentioned it does work, but with some modification.

I have a 2010 Expedition. The blower motor was either off or full blast, no in-between. I got this hoping it would fix the issue and it did immediately. For Expedition, and I assume the F series, this mounts behind the glove box with two 8mm bolts. The swap took me maybe 10 minutes and now my heater works correctly. Good price for a product that did what it should do.

I feel bad knocking a star for easy to install - but have you ever installed one of these? I've done it multiple times now due to a frequent electric short. Well, this resistor works as well as any OEM, and you can get 2 of them for the price of one original. The choice is easy.
