This does Not work with a 2014 ES 350. The plug is in a different place and the harness will not reach.

It fit right up and worked. Would give it a 5 if it lasts a couple years.

The fan worked great. Until it did not want to turn off when car was turned off. A little under of a year of use. Contacted AUTOJARE. Explained what happened. They sent me a replacement. Thank you AUTOJARE, helping me beat texas heat.5/17/25 Update yet again. The replacement fan broke under the year mark. Will not turn on now. If you want to buy a cheap fan that breaks in under a year this is it. I contacted the seller and they have not replied this time. Which is fine. I guess since it was replaced one time already. The hassle is having it stop working in the texas heat and replacing it every year. I will not be buying from this brand again.

This is a very simple and quick replacement fix for when your vehicle heating system will not operate. This is for models that have Auto AC as well as heating. Yes, some models have turn knobs to control fan speed rather than fan speed determined by the temperature you set.Under the dash on the passenger side of the car you gently remove the plastic piece that covers your fan assembly and isolates fan noise. The blower motor will be right in front of you and will require you to remove four Phipps head inch long screws. The motor with fan assembly will fall out if you don’t support it as you remove last screw. New unit fit perfectly in place with no issues or problems and make sure you support the unit properly while driving in the screws. Don’t lat the assembly hang after one screw as weight of the unit could cause the plastic to break or crack from stress on single point. Also you will need to unplug your connector from unit and the plug into the new unit. Put the bottom dash cover back in place and remember to put a new filter for your cabin air. That is located in the glove box at the very back and is accessible by removing snap on plastic cover and then you will see the filter and it simply slides out and new one slides back in. Make sure you replace the filter in the same direction as the old one. Snap plastic cover back into place and you are finished. Thirty minute job at most and nothing difficult to replace.

Got here quickly, pretty easy installation and has been working perfectly for almost six months. It improved the airflow pretty dramatically. I guess my old one was slowly going out.
