It's decent but you will need analog gauges to verify pressures. You can recalibrate and zero out the pressure but you could have pressure in your lines still. Temperature sensors are good but would work better if the clamps had a copper insert for the sensor that covered the surface area of the hoses toy clamp to. I'm gonna make some new clamps with my 3d printer and add space for thermal conducting material in the clamp so the sensor gets a more accurate reading. But still it's decent for the cost. Just have to know what you are doing and verify your pressures when you use this

Nowadays you need to charge AC units using subcooling or superheat, if you are charging by pressure and current you are a relic from the last century. That being said, for that you have two options, 1. Keep using your analog gauges and get a dual temperature meter. 2. Get a digital manometer with temperature inputs. When I saw this meter at $199.00 with a $20.00 coupon for a final price of $179.00 I said to myself, hell a good dual temperature meter costs about $100.00 this may be a good option to start using a digital meter without breaking the bank. This meter is the AUTOOL LM120+ cousin which has four stars reviews, for the LM120+ most of the complaints were inaccuracy and cheap clamps that break easily. I figured the LM150 was an improved version and pulled the trigger. When I got the gauge the first thing I did was to test it. I put both temperature sensors on ice water, one read 30.8°F and the other 31.7°F, that is 1.2°F from 32°F. The values were a bit unstable. Is that a big issue? It depends, when you read analog gauges the width of the needle gets in the way and you end up estimating the temperature. Now, I am buying digital gauges to get accurate readings, the problem is that there is no way to calibrate the sensors. The next test was to compare the pressure readings with two sets of analog gauges, the readings were about 3 PSI from each other which is not bad. Was going to test the vacuum function but does not include microns which make it useless. Have not tested the leak function. After couple of uses one of the temperature clamps broke, I guess the manufacturer did not improve that from the LM120+, last time I used it I taped the temperature sensor to the liquid line (that is what you will have to do if you get a dual temperature meter) and was able to make it work.Final verdict, the product has a lot of potential. The carrying case is of good quality, the meter seems well built and the hoses did not leak. If you are willing to deal with the issues it may be a good buy, if not, buy a better product that will cost you twice as much if not more. I am still undecided so I sent the unit back and reorder another one, reason being, luck of the draw. Chinese quality control is not the best, products are a lottery you may get junk or you may get a gem. Also, they offer a 3 years warranty, I am skeptical about that, some Chinese companies offer a lot of things but do not deliver. I am not saying this is the case here but we will see, time will tell. Things that I will improve:1. Sensor calibration (a potentiometer or digital menu) should be a standard feature in all digital meters. Sensors drift over time, having a calibration option will help correct that deviation.2. Microns on vacuum function. I guess these meters are made for cars, I do not work on cars so I do not know if a 15m vacuum or -30 inHg is OK but on all other systems you need microns. 3. Taps to put the temperature clamps when not in use. When not in use there is not a place on the meter to put the temperature clamps.Update Feb 2024, Downgrade to 1 startThe second unit was worse than the first one. One side of the low pressure hose fittings came with a stripped thread and will not screw in the fittings, the temperature was off by more than 2 degrees (with no way of calibrating) after couple of uses the pressure was way off (15 PSI) causing the subcooling to be off by 5 degrees. There is no hope for this product.

Works as described!! Good battery life. Temperature clamps are junk though. Didn't use the hoses as I have better ones than it comes with.

I use this for charging and checking super heat and subcool. My testo meter temp sensors failed just cause of the location it’s on the sides. I ended up buying these and it’s sensor connections are on top so less likely to get messed up. Use it now for every call for a couple months no issues yet.
