Carrying a water bottle has become fairly ubiquitous - hydration truly is THAT important! - and most of us are trying to reduce our reliance on the disposable bottles (which, by the way, hold the same amount of water as this nifty unit!).Every so often a product like this comes along and shifts the whole paradigm - a SQUARE water bottle?? My first thought was that it’s a great idea for briefcases and tote bags as the shape allows it to make use of corners and narrow spaces that might not be as conducive to a round bottle.I love it that the bottle is clear and firm - the top’s not going to pop off when you squeeze the sides (who hasn’t had that happen in a purse or backpack, amiright?!).Because it’s an odd shape I personally choose to use this only for water; the brush is helpful but only to a point since I can’t quite get all the way down to the bottom corners.I prefer to drink my water at room temperature but my husband needs it ice cold so, if that’s your preference as well, you may not like this because it’s not insulated. The price seems to fluctuate so keep an eye out for coupons ($9.99 when I ordered but now listed for $14.99).Given its resemblance to a book this could be a great gift for the avid reader, teacher, librarian, or student in your life.Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful!

The bottle is completely clear and includes a pink 2-inch-wide but thin rubber band for a slip-proof grip. At the bottom, I see that it's BPA-free and made of Tritan. The cap is attached to a loop that also serves as a carrying handle, so I don’t have to worry about losing it. I noticed it has a gasket ring inside to prevent leaks. It stands about 5 3/4 inches tall without the cap, measures 4 inches wide, and is roughly 1 1/2 inches deep. The bottle comes with a 7 1/2-inch-long flexible brush, and I can clean the bottle in my dishwasher. With its relatively flat body, it fits in almost any of my purses or bags. Yet, I refill it frequently since its volume is half a liter or around 17 oz.

This water bottle is a game-changer! It’s super slim and lightweight, making it easy to slip into my bag without adding bulk. The silicone grip is soft and stylish, and the leak proof lid gives peace of mind chucking into my bag. It’s great for commuting, work, or even just running errands. Definitely a must have for anyone who wants to stay hydrated without carrying a bulky bottle around!

Lighter than a Nalgene, fits in Osprey backpack side pouches better as well. Would be 5 stars but the top portion near the mouthpiece needs an angle you can reach with the provided brush. It's a bit tricky to clean up there. Otherwise, great lightweight flask. The colored band comes off if you want.

When I'm at home, I typically carry around a wide mouth insulated steel water bottle for my daily water intake. However, when I'm out, and let's say, I have an appointment somewhere that requires a short wait, or if I'm out shopping and have my hands tied, this small water bottle comes in handy. I can easily pull this out for a quick sip and slip it back into my purse. I think it's great for mini backpacks/totes, medium sized purses, and maybe some small ones depending on the shape to accommodate this bottle. It's also great when traveling, for example, when you're at the airport and after passing TSA, this bottle can be filled to take with you on the plane. Now, at the gym, it's a different story. I wouldn't choose to use this since I'm constantly hydrating during my workouts. This small "flask" or water bottle is perfect for those who need a little dainty sip here and there without the inconvenience of lugging around a big bottle. It has a smaller spout making this easy to drink out of without spilling it on yourself. This also comes with a cleaning tool which is great!Overall, I find it easy to drink out of and I like how convenient it is to carry with me when I'm out running errands.

I like how the lid screws on and stays attached to the bottle when refilling or taking a drink. The silicone loop doubles as a carrying handle, where a couple of fingers can fit.The bottle is leak proof and the tritan material should mean it is rather robust. It does lack having measuring scale markings. Although the fitted silicone sleeve would obscure many of these. In order to thoroughly clean the top and the corners and edge furthest away from the sipping hole, the supplied wire brush needs to be bent in an adequate place. Time will tell how it holds up from changing its shape, and that the metal does not eventually snap or get too weak to hold the desired shape. Ideally a removable top to the bottle with clasp lever closures and an all around silicone seal would make filling and cleaning quicker and easier.A useful shaped water bottle which easily fits in an end pocket of my sports holdall bag. Without adding the bulk of a cylindrical bottle. Ideal for messenger bags due to its flat design, and suitable for many other styles of bags too. It may also be fine to fit inside some large jacket pockets.

Very nice and compact. I like it for my totebag. It fit nice with other flat items such as books. Will be ordering a second one

It's ok nothing special, it's bigger than I imagined and the listing said it was pink but received black. No way to select the colour so I guess it's just whatever they feel like sending which is disappointing. Contacted Amazon to get the correct colour sent but they were no help. No smaller than a reg sized 500ml water bottle so there isn't really an advantage to a flat bottle for me.

Fantastic water bottle. Exactly what I was looking for. Love the shape and size of it. It stands up perfectly and doesn't leak in my handbag. Great that the lid is attached to the bottle. Matt was amazing. So helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend the product and the seller.

Yeah good. Slight taste in the water compared to drinking from a stainless steel bottle. Good size and shape for a small bag, ideal for a walk, but won’t last all day with this size. Thoughtful to have a cleaning brush with it. Cap is good and solid with rubber inside to seal well, handy loop on the cap so you could carry it , but it’s packability is its main design plus point. Says it’s BPA free - if it truly is then that’s a plus too.

I think that is a nice water bottle and an interesting idea because it is much easier to carry this purse or a backpack due to its flat design. I will say that if it’s thicker than a flask and a larger size, so expect that it will be bigger than that size if you purchase it. The bottle appears to be flimsy plastic in the photos, but it is heavier and more durable in person than it appears, at least IMO. There are no rough edges and the seems appear to be good. It appears well made to me and I am a tactile person and like things to feel smooth. The black band that is around the bottom is actually a separate plastic piece that feels kind of like one of those soft grips that is on a pen to make writing feel better. It is also soft and smooth. I don’t have any worries about it coming off. It appears pretty well affixed on there. So far, I have put it in the dishwasher twice and it has come out clean both times. I would say that the size might be a little smaller than other round water bottles, but this is probably done so that it is easier to carry and can accommodate the flat design. I Also tested its water retention and I am happy to report that it appears leakproof to me. If you are looking for a flat water bottle or one that can slip more easily into a purse or backpack, I think that this is a good choice. I hope that this review is helpful to you!

Quality: A—Made of strong, odorless, semi-flexible plastic that's much thicker than a disposable plastic bottle but has similar give in the middle of the larger panels, doesn't leak even upside-down in my purse, logo'd silicone band for added grip, included cleaning brush.Effectiveness: B—The size and shape are very well-suited to the task of carrying water in a purse, but also make it very hard to clean. The mouth is only slightly larger than a disposable plastic water bottles is so you'd need special ice if you want it. The brush is included to try and mitigate it, but I still would never put anything other than plain water in it.Value: A—$8.99 at time of ordering, costs the same as 3 or 4 bottles of water from the gas station so if you use it every day for a week, it will have been worthwhile. Current list price of $10.99 is still a good deal for a medium-capacity, flask-shaped water bottle, I'd recommend it.
