Wish I would’ve read these reviews. Because the lid handle did break on mine as well as the many other reviewers.I love the brand, I even contacted support for help getting a new lid rather than ordering a whole new jug, no luck yet 🥲😂

The handle is not durable enough to carry the weight of the container. It broke within the first week. The jug is the right size we needed and I like that the lid has a pour spout as well as a straw.

Was really excited for this water bottle strictly for the mouthpiece portion of it. I love the dual functionality however, after having it for less than a month the handle broke while I was carrying it full of water.

Broken handle Is there any way we can replace the lid? This is a very good item that holds the ice good for 24 to 48 hours, just need a new lid it’s to heavy to carry without the lid!!

I ordered this months ago and it kept showing delayed and eventually never came so I was refunded. Ordered again and happily came very quickly. Unfortunately, I've had the same experience as the others with the handle breaking within a week. Completely pointless and too heavy without the handle. Can't seem to find a replacement either.

I received this bottle a month ago ad a gift and the carrying handle already broke in half. I cannot find anywhere to get just the new lid. The bottle is nice and sturdy and keeps my water cool but the lid is cheaply made.
