The original brake switch on my 2007 Heritage is 11/16 and can easily get a box end wrench over it after popping the wiring off. This one was 7/8 and was able to get it on with a socket at an angle cause it's up against the frame. Then had to modify the boot of the wiring harness cause it slides over the stock switch like a socket and the boot is too small for this new switch. Check yours while trouble shooting for which wrench size fits and then gauge with a 7/8 wrench for tightness.

The deminsions of the product was larger than the original switch. Just a little harder to install with the limited space.

I imagine this product works great, but it is not exactly how it appears in the picture if you’re buying this one because it has a more aluminized look thats false it looks like any other nut or bolt very unattractive, i was buying this to be used for a vehicle and im returning because well it looks awful its also much bigger then the description states which has gotta be awful on a bike.
