This 12-ton hydraulic press had everything I was looking for. I wanted a 12-ton press for a tabletop with a pressure gage, and with a handle, not a separate floor pump. I also did not want the ones with the springs, and I wanted the plates included. This press checked all the boxes. It was crated beautifully and perfectly. My only issue is that the frame was welded a little wonky and so it doesn't sit flat on my workbench so that it can't bolt into the support frame and sit straight. I may have to have holes drilled so that it can bolt and sit straight and not rock. So, it was a manufacturing issue, nothing that happed during shipping. Other than that, I really like this press and I'm sure I will be able to make it work. I definitely recommend purchasing it if you're unsure.

Wonderful press, tolerance is snug, not a lot of shifting or movement when pressing, I use it for jewelry and knife making, very pleased with this press, not sloppy like my harbor freight press, would recommend, goes together easy, instructions are horrible, it comes filled with hydraulic oil , just assemble it, it’s heavy, for a press that equals good , hope this review helps

Poorly packaged in crate. A nut and two washers missing. One of two hardened steel pins that the adjustable working platform is supported by was missing. The other one was hanging out of the crate so it just barely made it. A 10 inch long 1/2 inch drive socket extension is the perfect replacement for a missing pin.The instructions are a complete joke. Example: “Please verify you have all the parts.” Then no parts list.Okay that’s all the bad news out of the way.Once I got it together (after having to use a few of my own parts) I immediately had my first project for it. It’s nice, is the perfect size, works great, nice gauge, no hydraulic leaks…looks pretty good.If it had come with all the parts and with real instructions I’d give it 5 stars.
