This filter made our misting system clog up within a few uses. I cleaned the nozzles and used tap and it lasted longer.

The end of the mail part extends so far past the threads that a common hose connector cannot catch the threads!! Clearly they were made wrong!

Putting this filter was very easy to install. It is a set of two filters. Fits to a standard outlet for a garden hose.

It is exactly what it says it is. Well packaged, on time shipping. My misters are showing no signs of hard water buildup. We have hard water , so I thought I'd take a chance on using misters in combination with this filter. I cannot speak as to the longevity of its effectiveness, I'll update my review if they tend to have a short effective life.

We used the filter with a misting system for our orchids. After using the filter for several weeks, a leak developed between the filter and the hose connected to the mister. Changed O ring and used tape to stop the leak. However, it kept recurring. The problem was with the threads on the filter not fitting properly. Installed the second filter and so far it is not leaking. You must be very careful when tightening the hose to the filter because the threads are weak and can be damaged easily. We will look for other options before purchasing again.

Simple to hook into my misting system. I look forward to it extending both the cleaning cycle and the life cycle of my misting nozzles. It's the perfect size to patch into my system without any re-engineering required.
