It worked for two weeks then it stopped. There is no way to fix it or get it to work again. I called Amazon and received a refund.

I gave this 3* because I do believe it works! However, it had a funky taste. I contacted the seller who said it was my water that was the problem. I was using water from my purifier in my fridge. So I used bottled water to see if it changed the issue. It did not. I wrote the seller again and didn’t receive a response (to my knowledge.)It charges efficiently and I can use it numerous times before needing to charge again. It’s easy to use. And the value for what I’ve seen others cost. I am considering buying a more expensive one though. It seems to be well built, but I do wish the size was bigger.Overall, I’m not returning it, so it’s not to bad!

Not working. Doesn't generate any bubbles. Returned.After I returned the defective product, I received an email from Amazon saying that I had returned a different product and that I had to pay for it. This was corrected after a call to customer service. I would just like to add that this seller is not honest. Do not buy from him.

So far so good.Had a problem with another bottle, returned it and took a chance on this one. Very satisfied, no negative situations.Since this was my first time using a hydrogen bottle, I was very pleasantly surprised that everything worked perfectlyespecially after my previous disasterous experience.

Advertised as the fountain of hydration, it turned out to be more like a desert mirage.Upon my first sip, I realized that "H2" stands for "H2-Oh, that’s just an aesthetic!" Instead of quenching my thirst, it offered a refreshing taste of betrayal. I’m convinced it was designed by someone who graduated from the "Just Add Water" School of Product Development—only to forget the water part entirely.It’s gone from being my new favorite accessory to the star of my countertop collection of “what could have been.” So, if you want a stylish way to carry air with a side of broken dreams, this bottle’s for you! Arrived today. The other videos show little bubbles. I charged it and My blue light comes on but there are ZERO bubbles. Must have got a bad one

Looks nice, but is useless. Claim is that it produces 3000 ppb and ilI tested it and consistently produces 400ppb.
