NOTE: The Hypro 9910-D252 does NOT include a pressure regulator and gearbox. If you are looking for the gearbox with this pump, you will have to order the Hypro D252GRGI version. The gearbox cannot be purchased separately and is not compatible with the D252 pump alone. So, if you looking to add the gearbox to the D252 pump, it cannot be done and you will have to order the D252GRGI pump.

The Hypro 9910-D252 Diaphragm Pump is recommended for ground and low-level spraying of various fluids. This medium pressure, positive displacement two-diaphragm pump handles pressures up to 290 psi and flow rates up to 6.5 gpm. Low cost maintenance and almost wear-free operation make these diaphragm pumps perfect for a wide range of spraying jobs. Its pressure and output are designed for optimal performance on many medium to large-sized sprayers.

I have used this model pump before. It is an excellent small capacity pump that really delivers. Note, if you order this item, you will need to also order the control unit 9910-KIT1990 to control the pressure and for agitation. (For larger capacity get the Hypro Diaphragm Pumps D-30 or D-50. They are excellent as well.) This configuration has a shaft and does not connect directly to an engine. I use a V-belt and V-belt pulleys to connect the pump to my engine. It delivers good pressure consistently 150-200 psi or less. It has the capacity to spray insecticides on good size trees. I use another to apply herbicides on lawns and other areas. I use this pump every day in pest control work. I have used this model, the D-252, or its predecessor, the now discontinued D-19, for 30 years. Remember, this has a shaft. For connecting the same model pump directly to an engine, check out the D252GRGI, that has a gear-reduction box.

THE PUMP THAT I GOT DID NOT HAVE PTO HOOK UP THAT NOTMALLY COME WITH. MAKES THE ITEM INCOMPLETE. I CALL THE COMPANY AND THEY SAID THAT COME SEPERATE OR I CAN SEND IT BACK, BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AGAIN. THAT WOULD COST ME ABOUT 30.00 MORE AND I DO NOT THINK THAT IS WRIGHT.
