2. It is not waterproof, and the load cannot be exceeded, and the heat dissipation temperature of aluminum material should not be higher than 60 ℃.

unless you have cooling, not a 5V LED, at the most 4.5V no cooling. it will run at 5V, but it gets hot enough to de-solder it self, but I'm satisfied with the LED. the only reason it got 4 out of 5 stars is because it is advertised as 5V. i have been testing it using 4.5V drawing .29 amps and it has working for the past 72 hours continuously. mine came in a flat of 25 lights, with the backs scored so you can break out an individual light. very easy, and does not feel like a cheaply made light. i am happy with it. if needed i would buy again for other projects.
