This is a nice charm for a young girl's traditional charm bracelet. The challenge I have is the administration by the seller. They are showing that it is late but I received it. The other charm I ordered still has not arrived after several weeks but shows that it has arrived. I need to ship the charm and I still don't know how to get anybody's attention to correct the problem. Extremely disappointed with the vendor and amazon.

Love my softball charm! Didn’t like the clasp for the necklace I put it on , but it was easy to change with a spring ring! My granddaughter’s team won State as a seventh grader & this year as an eighth grader looking good! Love wearing this to her games!
