So I get free shipping and 30 days.Came on time no damage, not a flaw anywhere. The neck and body are contorted to fit me. Got the satin walnut flat finish.I will naturally put my wear and tear on it for that worn in look.I play thru Orange Crush 50 and the active Bellini 2 pick ups and tone controls ,bottom end, and willrumble and scream and hurt you, I luv it

If you are looking for a narrow neck bass then this is probably the one for you. I’ve owned/own 5 electric basses and this is by far the easiest to play.

Hi there folks -- I love this bass it is light has a wonderful sound but the Active passive switch died not sure why but I have been waiting weeks for replacement parts, Given the current environment and issues with our supply chain be aware and also make sure you purchase maintenance. It sat in repair for 3 months and the tech could not repair it. I am now debating to send it back to the factory ...issue is will it cost more to repair than the bass is worth.

After more that 40 years of doing gigs with my 1978 B.C.Rich Eagle bass, I had to make a change. My Rich bass is USA made and the setup was done by the guy who used to do guitars for RUSH. Needless to say, this bass plays like a dream, but it weighs in at 13.5 lbs. I am not as young as I was in the 80's and needed a lighter bass. After a lot of research, I chose the Ibanez SR500E which weighs in at 6.8 lbs (the weights were checked with my TSA luggage scale). This bass came from Total Music Source in Cape Coral Florida. I waited the suggested 24 hours before unpacking my new baby. I was totally expecting it to need me me to do a full setup on it, but right out of the box it played almost the same as my Rich bass (hashtag shocked emoji). I don't know if the credit goes to Ibanez or to Total Music, but either way, this was a great purchase

You can’t go wrong with Ibanez basses. They look great, sound phenomenal, and feel incredible. These basses are beginner friendly with thin necks so it’s easy to glide around the fretboard. Ibanez basses are versatile for any genre of music too. The price point is remarkable when you look at the craftsmanship of these basses, you really get more than you paid for so to speak.
