Tal cual el anuncio. No se adhiere y se limpia con facilidad. Se puede usar directamente o con papel de horno. Las barras quedan perfectas. Recomendado por su excelente relación calidad-precio.

Très satisfaite, cete plaque remplit bien ses fonctions, un côté pour la confection de 4 baguettes et l'autre côté pour la confection de tuiles .Rentre bien dans mon four. Produit anti adhésif, ne colle donc pas et le pain cuit parfaitement. Permet aux baguettes de ne pas se coller les unes aux autres pendant la cuisson, le pain peut ainsi bien se développer. Rien à redire.

Prima di recensire il prodotto ho voluto testarlo un po di volte.Posso quindi dire che ha superato le mie aspettative,fa egregiamente il suo lavoro.Avevo visto alcune recensioni che parlavano del fatto che si attaccava il rivestimento al pane ,a me non è successo e comunque prima di appoggiarvi il pane sopra (che metto direttamente a lievitare )io con una salvietta imbevuta d'olio passo su tutta la teglia e poi cospargo con semola rimacinata ,facendo così non ho avuto alcun problema.Con questa teglia le baguette o come faccio io le stecche di Jim ,vengono perfette e tutta un'altra cosa che farle sulla leccarda del forno.Visto il prezzo basso in rapporto alla qualità del prodotto io ne cosiglio l'acquisto per chi come me ama cucinare il pane in casa.Arrivo velocissimo con Prime ovviamente.

I received this the day after ordering (thanks Amazon Prime) and eagerly went to use it. First impressions are that it was well made and looks like it will last.It came with a recipe for baguettes on the packaging if you are a newbie at making these, however, I have a tried and tested recipe that works every time. I bought this because I wanted the baguette to be browned all over. Lay the prepared baguettes on the tray for their final prove and just pop into oven (tray fits in no problem). 20 mins later and they came out browned and crusty all over. Great!I am really happy with this bit of kit and if you make lots of bread (which I do) this will give professional looking baguettes and believe me they won't last long before they are all scoffed!. There is nothing like fresh baked bread that you know what has gone into it- no preservatives, MSG, etc.Enjoy!
