I really love these serving trays, but in my opinion this one just has WAY too much plastic which is why I'm actually dinging the review. Normally, I just review the product, but the amount of plastic is actually causing me to remove a star.I do appreciate that it's wrapped in bubble wrap prior to being placed in its box. Beyond that it's just excessive waste.This comes with 5 removable trays, TONS of tiny forks, a pair of rubber gripped tongs, 2 tiny spoons that are shaped like roses, and a boat load of metal ice cubes.The ice cubes fit very well on the bottom of the tray. Simply freeze them prior to use, add some additional ice and cold water, and it will keep your cold foods cold for several hours.I am a stickler when it comes to food safety, so I always add additional ice and cold water, even with the metal cubes.-Wife
