When it’s a hundred outside, I filled this up with 3” hockey puck size ice cubes (made from water filled plastic food containers). Turn it on until freezing water fills the jacket. Go until you get hot. Do it again. I did this for 2 hours. The colder the ice the longer it lasts. Expect to sweat. 8 hours of HARD work will easily use 32lbs of ice when it’s over a hundred.But, you REALLY can go outside in 104 degree weather and work!!!
