Think of these like sunglasses. Each of this will reduce the bright sun that go into the camera. The higher the ND number the higher the reduction. These filters will make my photos better saturated under bright sun. These filters are very basic. Just like other lenses they need to be taken care of. I need to make sure that I don't touch the lenses with my oily hands. The case would be better. It is light and portable. However, it looks cheap and easy to touch the filter when I try to take it out.One thing to note if the subject is under the sun the subject's eyes could be squinting so I always put my subject under a shaded area.

Okay as far as ND filters go, these are nicely made and provide the amount of Neutral density as described in each filters stops. They are simple to add onto your lens, are tight, and work well as a single ND filter. However, you can get a variable ND filter that does about the same thing for the same cost, and it's one filter that you can adjust as needed. I honestly am not sure I ever will use the ND100000. So narrowing it down, I have single-purpose ND filters that I might use once, maybe twice for basically X amount of dollars. So, to me, the value of these filters is 50/50. I would just get a Variable ND filter and be done with it, but it depends on the person. If you like single filters, then these are very nicely made and work well. It's all down to preferences.

I picked this combo set up primarily so that I would have a ND 100000 available for solar photography when the need arises. The fact that it is bundled with a ND 1000 and a ND 64 makes the complete kit a better value. I have another filter from this company and the quality is good and provides a good value compared to the other filter options out there. I can recommend this kit if you are looking for this level of exposure correction.

PRODUCT/THOUGHTS:This is a set of three different shades of Neutral density filters 58mm. Each lens filter comes individually wrapped and in a padded fold-out carrying case. Each lens filter came in good condition. Keeping one of these neutral density filters on your lens for outside photography will protect your lens from scratches/damage and cut down glare. These are great to use in bright light conditions when you want to take long exposure shots in bright light conditions & to blur water motion (waterfalls, etc).

This is a nice set. It comes in a wallet style case that holds all three neutral density filters.Using ND filters instead of has (high speed sync) allows you to get the full power out of your flashes. You can also slow down flowing water to get that dreamy effect. The secret to ND filters is that they let less light in purposefully while allowing you to keep a wide open f stop, giving you “sunglasses for your lens.”I got them in the 82mm size so I could use them on any of my lenses, including smaller ones, by utilizing a step down ring (or rings if needed).Overall, this is a nice set and a good value for the money.

Solid set of Dark filters for shooting in the daytime. Great way to capture long exposures and solar eclipse shots as we can even stack it if it isn't dark enough. The sun is super bright so putting on at least the 10k filter helps in getting the eclipse. Getting the 82mm thread filter is great as you can just use step up rings to get to the filter you need without having to get different sizes.
