I got the stainless steel one and it had a big dent in it. It works good, just looks awful with the dent. It's slightly noisy sometimes but it's far enough away from where I spent my time that it's not an issue. I kind of wish I could have returned it due to the dent but it was too late. I should have opened it sooner. But I have ice all the time!

It makes ice good, except it is quite loud when running and every once in a while, it makes a really loud like thumping noise. I’m gonna return mine because that thumping noise scares me. It’ll probably break as soon as the return window is done.

I like this ice maker and it's really cool to be able to offer different kinds of ice to my guests when we're having drinks but every once in a while the ice maker makes a really weird noise. It sounds like a high-pitched moaning noise and I've been all over the internet trying to figure out what it could be and apparently, it's just something that comes along with having a counter top ice maker. Besides that noise I don't have any issues with it and since the noise doesn't last a long time that's fine with me.

This AIRTOK countertop ice maker has been a great addition to my kitchen. It’s fast, producing 9 ice cubes in just about 6 minutes, and keeps up with my daily needs by making up to 28 lbs of ice in 24 hours. The self-cleaning function is convenient, saving me from the hassle of maintenance. It’s compact enough to fit on my countertop without being intrusive, and the stainless steel finish looks sleek. The only downside is it can be a bit noisy, but overall, it's efficient and reliable.

Cannot say enough good things about this little machine! It fills halfway with ice in about an hour, and with another water refill, you can have a full tray of Nugget Ice in just under two hours! Completely impressed by not only how perfect the nuggets are, but how quickly it forms them. And it's compact enough to easily store. No leaks, nice, sleek appearance. Love it!
